Woman that large can have sex. I just watched a My 600 LB life episode last night with Dottie. She was over 700 lbs and had had a baby the year before.

How is a mystery to me (and I prefer it stay that way) but I listened to her closely enough to know that she did indeed give birth. She also had a 12 year old that has such bad birth defects that he was basically a vegetable. Had to be fed through a tube and was almost non respondent to anything. The sad part is, the doctors told her that if she did end up dying, her son would die because he would go into such a tailspin because he would just be looking for his mom's presence the rest of his short life. Really tragic.

There was a horrifying story on one of the other threads involving a broom, but I don’t recommend you try to find it. Suffice it to say life finds a way. A gross, nasty way.

I think that is definitely true. I feel like he gave her purpose, and she legitimately was trying while he was still alive.

I also feel like the show was trying to keep her in this uncomfortable place. Like in the follow up she seemed to legitimately want to leave her husband because of his alcoholism. The younger kid who seemed autistic regressed while he was under the husband’s sole care.
