One of the lesser-known secrets about the CWCki is that we have some incredibly talented artists within our ranks. One look at the fan-art thread is simple proof that, somehow, for whatever reason, great artists are attracted to Chris' masterworks.

Older Updates:
To that end, I wanted to propose a group project I'm calling the Sonichu Fan-Jam Comic. The set up is simple- we take one of the existing Sonichu comics and the artists interested in participating will be assigned (at random) pages to recreate from that comic. The dialogue MUST stay the same, but the artist is allowed to add their own artistic flair to the pages they've been given.
Pages would be assigned at set date and would be given a deadline to be completed. Think Secret Santa, except with more Sonichu. The pages would then be compiled and then released en masse.
If I missed you- please don't be offended- it just means I am a slow-in-the-mind illiterate simp.
Anyway, assignments are being sent out and the rough deadline for entries will be July 2. If anyone is incapable of completing their assignment by then, please let me know and I'll see what we can arrange.
Assignments can be either PM'ed to me, or if you want, you can post them directly into this thread as well.
Best of luck, everyone!
Update: 17-June-2014
Even more people have entered into the Jam! Awesome!
So, that makes 23 people to cover 30 pages! Very awesome! I guess then if anyone is adamant on wanting to do two pages, please let me know. Otherwise, I think we got things pretty well covered- if we get just seven more people, everybody will be responsible for only one page.
One more day to sign up! Wednesday night into Thursday morning, I'll begin handing out the assignments via PM. If you want to announce what page you got, go for it. If not, no worries.
Update: 16-June-2014
Alright! We've been getting more of a response than I thought we would- very awesome and thanks to you all!
Going through the requests, I have decided what would probably work best would be Episode #19: Date Ed (Even Though The Idea Sounds Dated. Originally, I was thinking all of Issue #9, but then I realized episode #20 is nearly 60 pages by itself. Same reasoning behind Director's Amenities, Issue #10, which sits proudly at 94 pages by its lonesome. In comparison, Date Ed is 31 pages, one page just being a huge wall of text, so really looking at 30 pages total.
Right now, we have 14-15 people on board wanting to participate, and I figure asking them probably two pages from them is a lot more reasonable than asking them to do four to six pages each right out of the gate. If this goes well (and I'm optimistic it could), we might be able to take on a larger project, but for now, I think Episode #19 is a safe project to start on.
If you are still interested and not on the list yet, please post a reply in this thread before the end of Wednesday. Thursday, I will be handing out page assignments. Again, these pages will be selected at random, because I know we'd be all be wanting to draw the freedom fries scene or the six-fingered Billy Mays.
Thanks again for everyone's interest!

As for the comic to be selected, I haven't nailed it down yet. Probably not Sonichu #0 since we already had that gloriously remade a while ago, and @Trickie is already doing her interpretation of parts of it in Rosechu's Story.
So, first things first - who would be interested in participating? And also, which comic do you think we should focus the Fan-Jam around?
