I'm sorry, what
Just for some perspective, if she's saying "hundreds" , plural, that means she's alleging, at minimum, 200 million deaths.

That is roughly three times as many people as died during - The entirely of WWII, combatant, civilian and genocide victim, combined. (approx 65/70 million)

It's a stupid claim on it's face, but it gets extra stupid when you actually bother to do the one thing politicians hate, crunch their stated numbers.

The hyperlinks in this article are something fucking else.

You click on Tomi Lahren and you get a piece that shames her and makes her look bad.
You click on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and you get a flattering, sympathetic story.

Props to her for not going blackface. I actually think the black hair suits her. You think Fox News would fire her for not being a dumb blond anymore?

Man, this comment aged like a feminist's unwanted full term fetus.

So this past week we had:
-Countless Kavanaugh story screwups and failed spin attempts, including the mother of all Twitter ratios.
-Covering for Justin Trudeau's blackface by calling it "face darkening makeup."
-Having to admit Corey Lewandowski humiliated the House Democrats.
-Broadcasting the disaster that was the third round of debates.
-Sperging out over the opening of a Chick-Fil-A.

They might legitimately need a hug.
I really need to stop saying this is the media's worst week ever. Just when you think they can't go any lower, they do.

In just over a week the media has:
- Made a fool of itself by defending the honor of that 'austere religious leader' Al-Baghdadi.
- White knighted for Katie Hill by claiming she was forced to resign because she was a victim of revenge porn, not because she slept with the taxpayer paid help.
- The Washington Compost called for restrictions on freedom of speech.
- Deadspin writers melted down and completely imploded over being told to stick to sports.
- Blew a head gasket over a meme about a dog being awarded a medal.
- More sexual assault allegations against NBC than against Jeffrey Epstein had at his private island.
- Promoted Pakistan as a place for solo female travelers.

American Muslims are less extremist or exceptional than their European counterparts but its surprising they endorse leftists positions that are fully the opposite of what is done in their parents homeland. On a side note, is it true American Muslims voted republican before Dubya shoved a spiked dildo up Saddam's ass.

Some are less extremist, I imagine, but the politically active ones are just as extremist but know that they have to be more subtle... the American population isn't quite as cowed and docile as most European populations are, we at least have vague pretenses of being in control of our own lives. Basically, Muslims who want to take over society find leftists useful, because leftists will support, defend, and idolize anything that Republicans don't like (or that they think Republicans don't like). So basically the Islamic takeover squad taqiyas its way into bed with the left and lets them do all the screaming and shouting and saying no Muslim ever anywhere was a terrorist and that we all need to vote for Muslims for every office they run for or we're racist, while they just quietly try to establish sharia courts in communities and get more representatives elected to congress.

Does'nt look like AOC cares about getting sued.

  • Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is continuing to block several critics on her personal Twitter account, despite settling a lawsuit and apologizing to one critic she blocked last week.
  • The blocked accounts include high-profile conservative activists and right-wing groups.
  • Legal precedent and First Amendment scholars say it's unconstitutional for government officials to block users online over their point of view.
  • Visit Business Insider's homepage for more stories.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez apologized for blocking a former Brooklyn Assemblyman on Twitter on Monday and settled a lawsuit he filed alleging she violated the First Amendment by preventing him from viewing or engaging with her account.
But the New York congresswoman is continuing to block several critics from her personal Twitter account, @AOC, which she uses to communicate with the public about everything from policymaking to campaigning.
Among the blocked accounts are that of Niraj Antani, a right-wing Ohio state lawmaker, Harry Cherry, a young conservative activist, Liz Wheeler, a host at the right-wing One American Network, Ryan Saavedra, a conservative activist at the Daily Wire, the group Students for Trump, and the right-wing website The Daily Caller, The New York Post confirmed on Saturday.
Ocasio-Cortez has defended blocking critics by arguing that they had harassed her, they weren't her constituents, and that @AOC is technically a personal, rather than official, account. While many of these users have gotten into disagreements with Ocasio-Cortez, it's unclear whether their conduct rises to the level of harassment or threats, which likely wouldn't be fall under protected speech.
In one incident, The Daily Caller reported earlier this year on a nude photo circulating online that was wrongly associated with Ocasio-Cortez. The congresswoman said that episode and others amounted to harassment. In other cases, the blocked account appeared to have simply expressed critical views of Ocasio-Cortez and her policies.
"I would challenge her to show me the harassment," Wheeler told the Post. "I actually defend this woman on a regular basis when people make fun of her looks, or the way she gestures, or when she was a bartender."
Students for Trump and Saavedra independently confirmed to Insider that Ocasio-Cortez hasn't unblocked them. A spokesperson for the congresswoman didn't respond to Insider's request for comment.
Legal precedent isn't in Ocasio-Cortez's favor. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruled unanimously in July that President Donald Trump is violating the First Amendment by blocking critics from his Twitter account. The government petitioned for re-hearing in August.
Prominent First Amendment experts have urged Ocasio-Cortez in recent months to reverse her decision to block critics on the social media platform.
In a statement last week regarding the settlement, Ocasio-Cortez conceded that former Assemblyman Dov Hikind hadn't harassed her and that his online speech in regard to her account was protected by law.
"Mr. Hikind has a First Amendment right to express his views and should not be blocked for them," she said. "In retrospect, it was wrong and improper and does not reflect the values I cherish. I sincerely apologize for blocking Mr. Hikind."
