In Pat's defense, i don't think he plays enough DbD to get angry at Behaviour. Remember, he used to shill and suck up hard to Digital Extremes when he was into Warframe, until he realized it's a terrible game and dropped it cold.
I can tell that he knows enough about DbD that the game has definite problems mostly regarding balance. But I think he gives them a pass because they're based in Montreal like him.
