It has a Prospering Ground thread. This is far more like Troonblynka than the Tranch. The Tranch was a functional homestead before it was bought by troons. This is just empty arid land bought by people who have zero experience in what they're trying to do using other people's money. I don't want it to fail, but I will be shocked if it ever even approaches Tranch levels.

Let me introduce you to Akon City. A, possibly two, cryptocurrency powered city being built in Africa by musician Akon with the ultimate goal of creating a real life Wakanda. Pyrophila is a term being used with increasing frequency in place of pyromania because research has shown that pyromania which is classified as an impulse control disorder is almost always sexual in nature. In fact in the DSM-V sexual arousal is criterion B.
Side note:
A lot of PDs are instructing their officers now to look around in the immediate area (e.g. parked cars, behind dumpsters) when responding to a suspected deliberately set fire because it's not uncommon to find the arsonist masturbating within eyeshot of the fire.
