They have the ability but they can't stop hording animals. Their numbers are way past the point of ridiculous. If the Tranch had 5 or 10 alpaca, some chickens, and a milk cow it could be a sustainable thing. What they have created is a environmental disaster that sucseeds at doing nothing but burning cash and tourturing animals.

Even if the hammers only manage to tent camp on their land for a few weeks a year thats more of a success then the tranch.
You can audibly hear Penny feeling awkward, confused, and simply wanting the conversation to just end.

I wouldn't expect much from this honestly. At most perhaps a cordial visit where Tom is kept away from all the animals at all times and at worst where they try to diplomatically refuse Tom citing a number of reasons, the latter being a certainty if any of the tranch gang read up on their thread here.
Truthfully I don't think Tom expects or even wants to live there and perhaps he truly does want to just visit. He recently switched apartments and is busy settling his roach and rat family in their new domicile. After all if he moved in to the middle of nowhere where will he busk or try to hawk his polished street gravel?

The alpaca design does seem kinda neat.
We had a cleaner house in college and we were a bunch of drunks who always had rock climbing gear or some shit strewn everywhere. None of those retards have a correct shooting stance or pistol grip.
