Jimmy's a comedian, when he gets a bigger laugh than expected, his brain automatically saves it in the "do that again when the opportunity presents itself" file.
I assume that Cenk knew even more about how Ana dresses than Jimmy does because he sure didn't hire her for any assets she might have above the neck
