TheBudday / William Donald Haynes / Buddy Haynes / Budronin / Fr3ak Alpha / Papa Fr3ak - Former “tiktok star”, streamer, alleged nonce

TheBudday is a former tiktok star who got banned from the platform for inappropriate interactions with minors in 2018. Tiktok was a new platform at that time and, like any other social platform with young demographics, it attracted its fair share of predators. For this reason, TheBudday made many headlines across Youtube, with one exposed video reaching 5 million views. Police got involved in his case but, aside from a visit to his house, no further legal action was taken according to TheBudday. Despite having bans across multiple platforms, TheBudday would try and post videos on Instagram as his main platform, where he claimed the "trolls" were making up the accusations in a coordinated effort to ruin him. This instagram would become flooded with hate, which lead to a hiatus, followed by his eventual return. He currently is active in Instagram where he uploads inspirational messages. He's also become a streamer and is currently a Twitch affiliate.

Initial Allegations
Buddy Haynes, using his new found tiktok fame, would start messaging girls on his Snapchat/Instagram. He would flirt with those underaged girls and would catch the eye of mainstream youtubers following a now deleted leak (a lot of these leaks, such as one dox, has been deleted). Unfortunately, this is where evidence goes to die. The evidence of most of his misdeeds gets lost to dumb edits and youtube just generally being a shitty platform.

Following this initial stream of hate and a Buzzfeed article, he would temporarily become less active to avoid being in the short attention span of the mainstream YouTube audience.

Where is he now?
Immediately after the 2018 accusations, Buddy Haynes attempted to shift away from the TheBudday moniker. He is currently known as papafr3ak (sometimes spelled Papa Fr3ak) on his Twitch and Instagram. He dubs his followers the "freak fam" and boasts around 6k followers. He makes regular posts on this instagram and posts his streaming schedule there as well.

Freak Alpha and the 2019 Drama
During 2019, he dawned the name Freak Alpha and wore a mask to conceal his identity. Eventually, he would be found out and a few youtubers would notice his return to being an active content creator. He was catfished by a youtuber named Activiz and even made a disstrack to this new wave of "haters"

As you can see the mask was very ineffective at concealing his identity. He does not really try to hide from the fact that he is TheBudday, but instead tries to use this notoriety as a source of attention and will attempt to deflect any of the criticism direct to him by saying he has moved on.

As Freak Alpha, The Budday was catfished by a black man pretending to be a 17 year old girl:

He has since deleted the video and has attempted to rebrand once more, choosing instead to go for the name "Papa Fr3ak". Here is another video of the guy responding to his Freak Alpha personality:

Despite in the video his admittance of having inappropriate conversations with minors, TheBudday remains adamant that he committed no wrong doing and just wishes for YouTube to delete the videos about him

TheBudday is someone who cannot step away from the internet and still attempts to make it as an e-celebrity, despite the allegations that surround his name. His current theme is gaming and making inspirational messages, to which he receives some interaction. He is extremely drama-prone and seeks to downplay his quite serious allegations and the evidence provided.

I put in some new information in the OP as to what he was up to during 2019, as well as added some more social media accounts. He seemed to have gotten into drama with 3 different Youtubers and made a few response videos. However, he decided to delete everything from that time (and completely change his name again) All that remains are the responses by those youtubers.

Yeah, this was always a weird one. How he skated away the way he did is wizardry. Maybe because it was the early days of tik tok and people who were more degenerate and cringey than him came along at such a rapid pace? Who knows man. I think the potential is still there, but I agree allot of shit was lost. The internet did a piss poor job documenting him during the height of his exposure. This is the internet though, and people like him just can't fade away once a little notoriety is gained, there's still plenty of time left for him to slip up.
