What the fuck was he shown, Start of the gif he is all happy and chill few seconds later it's a mix of panic an disgust an unnecessary web cam assault.
While he was streaming, someone posted a penis-and-dog related pic on his side. We don't know if it was actual bestiality or what, but it freaked him out so much he chucked his mike at the monitor hard enough to stave in the screen.
