So its summer time, and I am thinking of making another batch of delicious home made wine to add to my wine cellar, I like to make fruit wines, because I am a basic femoid. I try every year to make different blends and batches, and keep like a bottle each year, last year I made apricot and pear wine, the year before that I made basically an apple and ginger cider, I'd say wine, but when it comes to apples, cider making is best in terms of brewing then trying to go full wine route. This year I'm feeling pomegranate, but I don't like making wines with just one note, I guess razzzberries, or maybe blueberry, I got paid exceptionally well this month so I can afford to buy alot of pomegrantes. What you suggest?

Stuff some wild blackberries in there so the end product will be 92.5% ascorbic acid. Otherwise see if some cherries/plums won't fuck it up too bad.

I think you mean malic acid. Ascorbic acid is vitamin C and isn't ever found at quantities that high in any fruit. I'm not sure if vitamin C even survives fermentation because it seems just about any chemical or physical process destroys it.

Yes, thank you fruit lady. At any rate OP needs wine acidic enough to clean the carpet with.

Blueberries would be good. Maybe something more acidic would taste good. Limes or grapefruit?
i've decided to add a bit of blueberry, a cup of cran berry, and when its done aging I'll make a nice sangria out of it. it'll be good for both summer into fall.

Surprisingly, pomegranate wine often ends up very syrupy. I'd look for something to cut the eventual sweetness and viscosity. Bittersharp cider apples with high tannins would be good, especially with the added blueberry and cranberry.
