This Man, Gilles Tréhin is the anti-chris.

He's an autistic savant who created a metecilously detailed imaginary world, a fictional city called Urville. He describes it's history and society in great detail and renders it in beautiful artwork. This city, unlike CWCville is not a dysfunctional crayola hued abomination inhabited by grotesque chimeras.

His artwork is excellent and his prose is articulate.

He has a sweetheart, a fellow aspie, to whom he is married.

People have actually paid money for his artwork.

Chris, of course, would still insist that he is the better artist or call him an aspie faker stealing his limelight.

Although now that I think about it, if Chris really thinks his art is that amazing and of professional quality, I wonder why he never tried to sell any of his artwork on ebay.

The Urville designs are amazing. Gilles Trehin is somewhat similar to Ulillillia, who is also sometimes called the "anti-Chris" because while being autistic as hell, he is a charming person and has remarkable talents (in his case, in the fields of programming and mathematics).

Ulillilia actually has OCD, but yeah, he's the anti-Chris and is a great guy. Even ED has respect for the guy.

Woah - one thing I notice immediately is that he's got a LOT of diligence and patience to make those detailed drawings. I'm glad I heard of this guy! I'd love to draw with that sort of perspective, consistency, and detail.

This guy is what Chris could've become if Chris wasn't raised so terribly, got the help he needed, was committed to his work, and took criticism and used it to improve significantly.

He may not be a great personal web designer but his drawings make up for that. My gosh... Very complex designs... I sometimes wished what if Urville was revived in an urban simulation program or game like SimCity?

When he died, people discovered that he had created a huge fantasy world (the book containing it is longer than the entire Harry Potter series), similar to Chris', only he had a little more decency (despite having his own shortcomings, like drawing the protagonist girls with penises).

The protagonist girls in the Darger story are girls in the sense of "little kids", not in the sense of "booblicious 16 year olds"

And yes, he drew them with little extras. One theory has it that Darger had simply never seen a naked girl and didn't know what they look like.
