Well that was a bunch of bullshit. For a 6 minute film, practically nothing happened, and it happened in a boring way.

I.... I really didn't understand what was going on in this aptly dubbed "pretentious" movie... I get that the kid is Sonic and the old man is Robotnik, but why the suicide theme? Does the old man think that "Sonic" has come to put an end to his schemes as Robotnik? Did he kill himself because he wanted to show the kid what would happen if he stayed a kid like him forever? Was he just a senile old man who played one too many Sonic games?!?

Actually the movie is about this kid dressed in a Sonic costume, not some Sonic fanfiction.

I think this whole movie is a metaphor.
Sonic represents man, who is quick to die and is big on ambition. he is lonley as he ignores his inner child, AKA: JESUS.
Sonic feels alone since he won't accept Jesus into his life as Man kind is just Jesus eternally in Purgatory/Midwest America.

It's all pretty much ambigious if the guy suiciding is the kid at an older age or the kid seeing an adult suicide.

I think it's a metaphor about how the Sonic Fandom will make you suicidal.
