That's actually the guy from that one preachy webcomic, where some toy-store has a bunch of sjw-approved "characters". One nerd-chick complains how comics appeal to the male gaze, then, when called out by an incel-caricature, paints the picture of Batman to show what femnoids like to see on a man. The incel-caricature then reacts with appropriate disgust while the nerd-chick smugly claims this is how all women feel when seeing male gaze bait.
