Stockings. Fully fashioned RHT nylons with the seams that go ALL the way up the back.

My STBX Wife wore them a couple of times (after I'd not so subtly dropped hints that I liked them) and she always felt far more confident in them in general but then she decided it was too much hassle, and went back to tights. Yawn.
