So I was shooting the shit with a buddy of mine the other night who went law school, and apparently while owning/torrenting zoo porn is legal in some states, it's possible to be charged with failure to report a crime if the videos are filmed where it's illegal to commit beastiality. I'm not sure what the laws are about zoo porn distribution in Georgia. It's even worse considering he claimed his siblings are aware he's consumed this content, because he brought them into it too.

Apparently him harassing Grizzly and attempting to dox her can also get him in legal trouble since he is partially connected to the Kero case. It could count as intimidation towards a witness, considering she was the one who helped gather the logs + videos and sent them to the police, and he was in contact with Kero through this situation. Obstruction of Justice could be another one considering he's been putting out falsehoods about what Kero has and hasn't done and has been harassing Grizzly.

Him DM'ing her admitting Kero confessed to abusing his dog is also evidence Kero made a confession.

I'm sure him frequently interacting with Douglas Spink (crossspeciesalliance on twitter) doesn't look good, either.

Not claiming any of this is accurate but I wouldn't be shocked if Timmy fucked himself harder than we anticipated.

The status of distribution is ambiguous, and possession is legal in Georgia (Oregon is the only state where possession of zoo porn is illegal, and it's misdemeanor.) If he actually fucked an animal it's a felony though.

I am not sure if sniff did anything to this kid, but I would guess someone did at some point. I am personally against going through a kid's digital life and posting it, but What I saw of his other social media posts, It is screaming for trouble. Some DA user is claiming that Sniff was stalking and harassing them years ago when they were a minor. They linked a page with some screenshots and oddly enough, there were pedophilia rumors going back before he even made it to kiwi farms.
