Hey Timmy, a little word of the wise as someone who has to serve someone across state lines: The cops don't drive from state to state, they fax the paperwork to the right department, and then that department (you know, your local department) drive to you to serve you.
Georgia also has a service by publication law that says they can post it in the newspaper and that is considered due process, especially if you're actively avoiding being properly served. However usually by that point it's a default judgment awarded to whomever is trying to serve you anyway.
To add: You'll be very easy to find to serve, being that you're on public assistance.

This is fishy. Phoenix is made up of many smaller cities, and the IP would say what city she was in. Phoenix is too broad, just like Seattle or Denver. Atlanta too.

Also, just common sense, why would two people in cahoots with each other hack the same account each on their own? Wouldn't one person suffice?
