It's unsure if they were abusive towards their children but since Kevin's mother has full custody of them I'm going to assume they were. While accusing every woman on earth of wanting to bang her husband, Andrea was stepping out and cheating on him with a man named David Giles who is probably the coolest man on earth. David is a perpetual drunk with at least 5 DUIs, multiple hit-and-runs, and who in early 2017 went on a drunk joy ride with Andrea that ended with him slamming into something in the wee hours of the morning. He left her for dead when the cops showed up, almost escaping from them on foot, and also when he slipped his cuffs and went on the run again. As she was eager to tell everyone, Andrea almost died, had her pelvis and hip shattered, legs broken, concussions, contusions, bruises, and literally almost a million dollars in medical bills from surgeries, stays, and rehab. David is currently still in jail after accepting a plea deal.

Andrea moved to Colorado to be close to her family while she recovered. She reconnected with middle school crush Nathanael Sterry, her very own Joker, a man with clown paint tattoos on his face and multiple felonies of his own. A man so crazy he spent a week in jail after making terroristic threats to try and win Andrea back after she dumped him.

It was in February of 2018 that she met Timothy Janes while living in motel rooms after what I assume is her family kicking her out. She and Timothy are head-over-heels for each other because they are both needy and fucked up. I'm still, after all these pages of this thread, unsure of the exact nature of his crime and what registration requirements were attached to it. Also, as you note, this hints that this might not even be a real address.

I'd thought that for some reason, he might have only temporarily been required to be registered, but this seems to indicate he's still under that requirement, which also seems to indicate he was out of compliance for some period of time. People are routinely locked up for that.

The address listed is a little shack on a dirt road with a communal mail box. It’s incredibly likely that it’s his brothers or his moms address and the “roofing company” which I can only find on yelp exists as a single employee owner out of that home.

It’s also within reason that he doesn’t live there and just has mail show. I was told that his “wife” went with him to register his new address but I can’t confirm any of this because his Facebook is really bare bones. Either he’s locked down or keeping most things in text only. Either way he’s circumventing the registry with his new alias and VERY possibly with his new residence.
