It's one thing when you're responsible for dealing with legit monkey business (you know a thing or two about that lol), but this isn't one of those situations. Phil, whether he likes it or not, owes one hell of a serious debt to his fans, and this is how he handles it. Shameful, for both him and his little hall monitor.

Yes. Has to be. Phil bald does indeed make him look like a rapist because of his deformed head and super bad body posture especially when moving. Watching his old videos its obvious why he never had sex with anything or one before panda. If he was walking down the street and I saw him I would get my phone out and cross the street just to be on the safe side.
He's fat, dresses like he is a homeless thief looking to get in unlocked cars for change, walks like he is about to tackle you and in general is just skeevey looking . I prefer him with hair takes the edge off of the rapist vibe.

That one's not bad, in the sense that you don't want people continuously challenging moderator decisions. But it only works if the moderators aren't turds. The bullet point immediately above it makes clear that they are going to (continue to) be turds.
You are right that it should be a rule so that people don't complain about moderator decisions and stuff , but I was just thinking about the "ministry of truth" passing down judgements about Phil, and forum members being forced to accept that.

On its own, it wouldn't be a problem, but the context (and even the rule right above it about wrongthink) clearly means that it will be used to obliterate anyone who dares speak ill of Keith's GodKing Phil.
