The private detective who visited Rathjen claims that Rathjen showed him his manifesto during the interview and read parts of it to him as well, so it is way older (October 2019) and was not written specifically for the shooting.
The private detective claims also, that Rathjen said he had a mental link to a friend and that he contacted the firm of the private detective, because they have connections to the BND (German secret service) and to other parts of the government.
The private detective declined to work for him and stated, that his agency gets around 20 to 30 nutjobs with similar stories each year, so he didn't saw Rathjen as a danger at that time.

Here is a news from a turkish news agency interviewing an eyewitness (Özkan Rutbil) who saw one guy who is not the same person as the guy who is blamed by the mainstream media in Germany. There are several independent news that there were more than one attacker. I heared a on facebook saying that it was a arab clan from Frankfurt who murdered mainly kurds and Afghans. Other people say there were 2 Russians. The girl also said that in the house entry of the German Tobias Rathjen who is blamed by mainstream media to be the murder, there is blood traces. If the official story was correct, then why is there blood. According to the official story, Tobias Rathjen killed his mother and himself inside his home. So there should be no blood outside.

He wrote a manifesto which he sent to the secret service. I have it, didnt read all of it. I guess there is no Reichsbürger thoughts inside. There seem to be many so called conspiracy theories, like e.g. that in the US there are underground bases in which children are tortured and killed. So, it just wont fit. His father used to be a local politician for the green party. I saw 2 videos of this guy, he seems to be clever and very pedantic, when calculating, he is very precise. This guy doesnt seem to be aggressive, he is very calm and rational. However, it seems that he is obsessed with secret services and so on. Secret service also confirme that they received a letter from him. I guess that the secret service wants the public to think that conspiracy theorists and right winged people are basically the same. This could help the secret service. Further, I guess it was good that this guy was living nearby, so they could stage this.

I’m hardly watching TV anymore but it’s absolutely pathetic how most of the media coverage is just propaganda against the AfD (the German right-wing party). It’s not even that I don’t accept the argument that right-wing rhetoric might have set the guy off. I don’t necessarily agree but it’s at least debatable. But if you compare it to the media coverage after islamistic terror attacks - the very first thing they are saying is that the attack must not be exploited by the far right to fuel their racist views or something. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. It is simply dishonest.

as far as I can see it was nowhere mentioned that he ever was on meds at all and also there is no indication he ever had gone to a shrink or whatsoever, although he himself states in his manifesto that he had his visions of being monitored, mindcontrolled etc by unnamed secret services for his entire life. So I wonder how come noone ever really seems to have realized his weirdness?
His bio is pretty obscure in a sense that all they tell about him is that he lived in the town of Hanau for most of his life, has a degree in business management, liked soccer and worked in Munic for 5 years, but was unemployed lately - as of 2018.
And that he went to a gun club in a town near by where he appeared pretty normal and average.
The info of having a hunting licence seems to have been mixed up with his gun license.
But there is more or less nothing bout his personal life, except for some loose friends he seems to have known 20 years ago and who now remember some unexciting incidents they happened to live with him.
But nothing from his twenty years as an adult, no friends, colleagues from his bankster job or from college.
No one who pictures a recent impression of his personality or who just passed some time with him. Dont want to express my pity for him, but I just wonder how someone can life with leaving so little traces.
The general attorney states that TR wrote him a letter in November where he wanted to reveal his deep knowledge on the super secret secret services only he knew of, and that this writing was very similar to the manifesto but did not contain the racist parts and the hitleristic middle east extinction program and such, so they just dropped it because it didn't seems to contain anything relevant for an general attorney who in Germany is responsible for political crime, terrorism, national security etc.
Also an private eye in the town of Dortmund whose enterprise is known for its exquisite contacts to the (really existing) German secret service 'BND' stated he had been contacted by TR in 2019 and that TR was very eager for a personal meeting, which he finally accepted.
This detective also states that TR told him about the fancy super secret service but not the racist, right-wing stuff and that he had the impression and was convinced to talk to an mentally ill man. TR wanted him to arrange a meeting with an BND agent, but the detective rejected. He didn't take him for someone dangerous, he stated.
TRs father who survived the killings is a 70 years old man who is said to be a member of the Green Party. He also was cited to have written multiple letters to authorities. Not shizo but kind of grumbly.
The whole sad event is now mainly discussed in the frame of being caused by the right-wing populist party AfD. Although he never mentioned this party and there is no link between him and them other then that the AfD is also anti-immigrant.
All the media tells about his manifesto and videos is that they are racists and right-wing, which they truly are and that he wanted to kill loads of Muslims and Africans and Latins.
His worries on keeping the US military strong, his enthusiasm for Trump, his choice of the Bald Eagle as his wallpaper and not the 'German Adler', his enthusiasm for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are not mentioned at all, also that he also wanted to extinguish the German people in his second pass of ethnical cleansings, which seems quite odd for a average right wing nationalist remains unmentioned in the German press.

One short message: Why do they publish a picture of Tobias Rathjen being in the Arena bar (location of 2nd shooting and about 2min walk from where Tobias Rathjen lived) some days before the attacks (taken by a surveillance camera ), BUT WHY DONT THEY PUBLISH a picture or a video of him on the day of the shooting? Why dont they publish any picture or video of him during the attack??? I assume there are plenty of surveillance cameras in the area where the shootings were. WHY? Think!!! Use your brains!!!

He and 2 other person seems to stare to a TV screen located below the ceiling.
Since the bar is near by it could have been a habit of his to watch soccer on Sky.Channel on saturday nights.
Could be a some foreign soccer league on pay TV he couldn't watch at home .
I am not at all convinced it was staged, but given the previous terror attacks in Germany it doesn't seem fully impossible.
