Tom Tooter's Technobabble (TM) - ITT we discuss Tom's knowledge of technology, or lack thereof

One of my favorite of Tom's autistic tics is his self professed technological literacy. He comes across like a project manager type who reuses terms he's heard without actually knowing what they mean. What level of actual competency does he have? I'm surprised he thinks we aren't sending gremlins into his computer to loot his files.

He brags about how his family has been in electrical engineering for over 100 years, and all he can lay claim to is growing up with shit in his pants.

How does he manage to fuck up his posts all the time? Images are always broken. He posts the same thing two or three times. He copy pastes entire websites and all that shows up is a garbled mess.

On the recent stream with Josh, Tom couldn't figure out chat. He had too many tabs open and was confused. He opened the stream and created a feedback loop.

If I'm making a post with links or embedded video, before I click "post reply" I click the handy "preview" button to make sure it works. It takes one second.

I don't expect Tom to know how to computer. He apparently doesn't even know that boys have penises and girls don't. He doesn't know that molesting a child is a crime called child molestation. He doesn't know that it is socially unacceptable to fingerblast a dog. He doesn't understand that the food people throw away in the dumpster is not good to eat.
