Hopefully optimistic even if SWSH has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I ended up selling it before even finishing it. Since Game Freak is putting their all into it and not getting any outside help (Seriously, couldn't even get MONOLITH after all their efforts with open world games like Breath of the Wild or Xenoblade's entirety?), I'm still very worried of how this could end up.

This idiot does know that Helping Hand doubles the attack power of whoever it is used on and that the ai's Eevee tends to use it on the player most of the time right?
I haven't played SwSh but from what I've heard, the AI for battling solo in the Raids or whatever is absolutely terrible. You can not solo with AI. It's quite literally impossible from what I've seen so I'll give him that. The Eevee is fine, yeah, but every other ally using Status moves that only boost itself and then never attack is hardly beneficial.
I’m guessing you’ve never played Sword and Shield, which is understandable. Due to the obnoxious shield mechanic in Raid Battles, it would be more helpful for the Eevee to actually attack instead of using Helping Hand. Still, it’s better than the Solrock or Wobbuffet.
