Top15s is a video series that does 15 of a certain topic, and one in particular involves Mysteries from 4chan. The opening of the video, however, brings us the weirdest mystery. Not in the case of it being so shocking but absurd that it's on the list. No intro, no anything, it just goes into Number 15 with something about "Burger King Foot Lettuce"
Somewhere along the line people thought this was funny and a script was presented with the word "get" being pronounced in a weird way and transcribed to gÃEt.
After watching this video I can't stop watching because the person narrating, Chills, is talking about weird shit, sometimes creepy, in the goofiest voice ever with more weird pronunciations and even mispronunciations.

I can't stop watching only because I want to hear how ridiculous it is. His inflection is amazingly weird and it just fascinates me that someone can do the same accent and speech patterns for an entire video.

I refuse to believe that is Chills' real voice and he's just that dedicated in disguising his voice, but autism works in mysterious ways. Haven't bothered looking up his Instagram and stuff, so he might be a pretty chill person in real life for all I know.

For a while now, whenever I watched his videos, I for whatever reason never noticed his weird accent in his voice until I saw the comments on that 4chan video. A lot of people really tore into his ass about the way he talks and how exceptional he sounds. And the people who went to defend him for it said that he has some kind of speech impediment, but I’m not sure where they’re getting that from, probably from Chill’s other online accounts.

I think it is less "he has a disability" and more of a combination of an accent and that he doesn't know how to speak with a script, and is literally reading it.

I love Chills because his voice sounds so weird. I think it’s neat he has collaborators for certain lists. ThatCreepyReading has a voice cadence a lot like Chills and has stated he has autism. Chills might too.

Spoiler: Info below about English sentence cadencing

Normal speaking patterns from what I noticed emphasize the first beat or pick up when speaking. Your speaking voice has a cadence and rhythm just like when you sing. Most people speak with tension in their vocal chords and a lowered soft pallet that causes them to run out of breath or trail off ends of sentences.
With Chills he emphasizes second or third words in sentences over the first making his speaking pattern feel strange and unnatural. The pitch of his voice tends to rise and fall on the second stress of a word instead of the first, which native English speakers will notice.
