I just can't believe that ZUN managed to give us a new character, even in 13.5.

So in other words, four new characters so far.

I think it's gotten better, but it's obvious he does have a style and that style is... kinda odd.

They look like dumpling people.

I have to concur, I'm not a big fan of ZUN's art style. The Tasofro fighter's portraits are much better.
