DID itself is a contentious diagnosis overall and has been widely challenged. Despite being in the DSM it has vague and very unsupported diagnostic criteria which isn't rigorously investigated (not shocking considering some of the other claims they make). "Alters" and "split personalities" may be completely fictional, and the original case study for this, "Sibyl," who the famous book is named after, is widely thought to have been manipulated by her psychiatrist to display multiple personalities in order to get publicity.

True, but at least the people who may or may not have it IRL can be checked and verified as its harder to go from online rp to larping having the disease. Usually people with suspected DID have a different disorder like schizophrenia instead, having a justifiable badge of crazy & dealing with the baggage rather than the online realm where its very likely to be a fad used to make people feel more unique. Like, one's more likely to earn that oppression badge more than the other even if the disease isn't real is what I'm trying to say. Otherwise yeah.

I don’t think “gender-critical” would be the right term; that’s generally used in reference to the branch of feminism that hates trans people. And it doesn’t seem like our subject actually believes gender doesn’t exist, just really hates being assigned anything related to a gender. If we were dealing with someone who believes gender should be abolished or something like that, they’d absolutely put their opinion front and center.

Not sure if I'm just in weird circles but I've never seen any of this before and have delved into social media tags before as well, albeit not recently which was why I googled it thinking perhaps the term's meaning had changed but I can't really find any evidence of that. Any radfems I've ever run into seem to be pretty adamant that they're women.

Okay, I'll try to clear up some confusion. GC =/= Radical feminism itself. It's an overlap of a single tenet. A quick dive into "TERF" spaces on social media via hashtags they commonly use (#terfs please interact) show you that GC intersects with a lot of their beliefs, yes. They are, however, not the same. The main thing they have in common is really just criticism of troonism because at its core revolves around stereotypes. Radical feminism is more than that and often talks about women's lib, rights, or separation from males, and whatever else. GCs are mainly just about the criticism of troonery. On the other hand, many radical feminists are sympathetic to trans men on the basis of them being female which does not mesh well with GC.

Even a large portion of this site's lolcows are troons and are clowned on for the same reasons: they say outlandish shit that is incompatible with common sense. You could say that a large portion of the site's members are GC for criticizing troonery, but not "TERFs" because of the "radical feminist" part of the acronym. As a male, I can't be a TERF, but I can be labeled GC. A chunk of members of r/gendercritical weren't even radfems because they were male or normie women.

I wouldn't trust just Google's first few results for research. Google's search results are highly curated by pedotroons to be biased against anything that says shit about troonery. There was literally a happenings statement about it here on Kiwi Farms during the Aimee Challenor pedotroon fiasco and how Google was working hard to cover up the news articles about him and his father.

That aside, I think what Sniper Monkeys and dappouROCK are talking about is the fact that GCs and radfems do believe that gender is bullshit and do not like it being applied to them; they believe in sex, not gender. Some of them will literally put that on their profiles on twitter or tumblr. I've seen a popular radfem blog that was sneaky and sarcastically wrote "female, but agender" on her profile. Some on toyhouse will also be sneaky about it in a similar way, which is what raised suspicions about that one user being a crypto or GC.

Point being GCs/radfems will go crypto in various places and will sometimes add "genderless/no gender" or "I don't have/identify with pronouns" because they don't believe in gender. You might be getting it confused for sex, which is a material reality, while gender itself is about stereotypes. Cryptos are everywhere, even on toyhouse.

Also I want to add that a lot of radfems are desisters, or dysphoric women, or just normies who don't care about what they are called. I've known several crypto women with radfem beliefs who refuse to disclose their sex online, just so they won't be bothered.

The bunnisspit @ was suspended, and it seems like the kid (they're 16) and Citykings are now name-searching Angelmaws on Twitter to reply to posts:

Seems like they're set on dying on the hill that everyone who expresses concern over the minor's safety here is just a pedo or creep, and they're somehow unable to see the difference between art like this compared to something like a nude study, which is entirely different and serves a different purpose altogether. How the fuck isn't the pictures of Bunni's sona where it looks like it's about to lick its breast and the headshot where it's definitely posed sexually not NSFW? Just saying that because you didn't add on a vagina makes it non sexual is not an excuse. If you where to show this to anyone it was certainly be seen as NSFW. I wonder if the artist who drew those pictures however knew that Bunni was only a minor. If they did they're the pedophiles here, not the people concerned.
