This is a silly assed attempt at trolling. Prior art does affect trademarks. This just opens up the idiot who registered the trademark to all kinds of shit they shouldn't want to be in.

Someone sent Google complaints requesting they de-list DSP's YouTube channel from search results and alleged that DSP's YouTube channel violated their trademark.

If someone used something commercially before someone registered it as a trademark the person using it earlier has a superior claim to it.

I hated that MysteryWoman shit but it's kind of pathetic that some nobody scammer in Bulgaria or whatever who gets cucked by a baseball bat and has to take the backdoor is infinitely superior at trolling Phil than Phil's own detractors, despite not knowing who he was.

That was the high water mark for trolling Phil I think, the fucking Oceans Eleven. And it was about ankle deep.

This is just fucking dumb but then again I guess all of Phil's detractors are ex-fans who made it to high school and discovered 4chan or some shit.

Everyone knows about 4chan. It’s not a secret club anymore and rules 1 and 2 don’t apply anymore. I was at a Chili’s or something and I heard kids dropping memes as their parents got drunk at the bar. Then I realized they probably saw them on reddit. Then I realized if they know about reddit then they know about 4chan.
