Trannies in sports - Acceptable or not

As Trans right continue to progress, the issue of transgendered individuals in sports is going to be a sore spot.

Is it fair for a MtF transperson to compete in women's sports? Although it's true that years of HRT leads to a decrease in bone and muscle density, does that mean it puts them on the level of a typical female athlete?

The IOC has decided that a sex change is not necessary for a trans athlete to compete in the women's division in Olympic competitions.

Should Trans people be allowed to compete alongside cis women? I would have put this in deep thoughts but I'm still banned lol.

I think it is unacceptable for them to play on the team of their "chosen" gender. They should play on the team of their bio gender since you can't change nearly all the anatomy that make up sexual dimorphism in humans. It's such an unfair advantage.

Hormones are only a little part of it. It should be tested that they are actually consistently taking their meds because some of them have lied about it and the teams of their bio gender should just take into account the hormone issue but it's not so huge a difference from hormones that they are incomparable to their bio gender. Kind of like reach advantage.

With more trannies in women's sports it's going to be less about skill and more about unfair advantage to the opportunistic trannies who insert themselves there. A lot of MtF trans are inferior athletes but win anyways due to the advantages from their male musculature and bones. The celebration of mediocrity and needless coddling can't create greatness within a society.

I'd say no, and especially not without full "sex change." Obviously a biological male with normal or almost normal testosterone levels has an unfair advantage over biologically female athletes. Even with years of HRT it would be questionable, since going through male puberty has probably made irreversible changes to the person's body. To me it seems similar to a situation where someone with BIID wanted to compete in the Paralympics.

Now for the ones crying oppression for not being allowed to partake: transgenderism can be seen as a medical condition, and some medical conditions make you unable to be a professional athlete. Just like someone with a severe heart anomaly can't partake because their heart can't take the strain of exercising heavily, a tranny can't compete in the class that corresponds to their identity. Basically professional tranny athletes have three options:
a) Don't transition.
b) Choose a sport that doesn't divide males and females to different classes.
c) Stop being a professional athlete.
