Touhou (or 2hu, as known on the chans) is basically a one-man franchise that is exclusively drawn/created by the madlad ZUN. The signature of these games are bullet-hell that would delight any autistic twitch reflex spaz, extremely catchy J-Pop music, and a cast of supposedly deep characters. There's apparently entire lore built around the characters in these games, but they're almost always lolis or loli-adjacent.

Aaron Tidd (Tiddy)/Amy Petrelli's violent conduct has gone back over a decade. There was talk in 2010 that he had sexually assaulted/raped a woman who was around his age, but the police weren't involved to my knowledge. 2010 was when he began his larping as a woman by declaring one day that he wanted to be called Amy. Most people were "ok dude whatever" despite him having constant stubble and smelling like a trash pile. This escalated after about a week when he said that he would some days prefer to be called Jeff, despite having a perfectly fine male name. He wouldn't say what name to use on which day, and getting it wrong would result in a tantrum. Disagreeing with him on anything, trans shit or not, would cause him to chimp out. Female peers tried to help and explain to him that fishing and staring at buses weren't exactly feminine hobbies, tried to offer him beauty advice and even went clothes shopping with him when he first begged. As you can see, none of what they tried to tell him sunk in or stuck. Aaron was incredibly selfish and likes playing the victim so I can't say I'm surprised he's still acting like this 10 years on and that the police are at the end of their patience with him.

While there’s more delusion and larping in the first half than I care to process, and “misogyny-affected people” is women, but I do have to be somewhat appreciative of his “I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable and realize women get abused by dudes with a body like mine” and an attempt to find his own safe space instead of intruding into women’s dorms. It’s refreshing.
