It's insanely easy to get an 18-30 month old to say they're a girl.

Kids that age are parrots. They are starting to communicate with their own words, but if they don't know what to say, a common reaction is echolalia, or repeating the last thing you said. Lots of kids for months in that age range, when asked their preference about a series of items, will happily repeat the last one they heard. If you re-ordered your question, they'd say something else.

So: "Are you a boy ... or a girl?"
"I a ... girl!"

It's that easy. Flip it around and they'd say boy. Echolalia is a normal part of toddler development and sticks around longer in kids with autism spectrum disorders. It's that easy to manipulate a kid in this stage, and when they say it, you just start talking to them about their answer like it was the correct one. "Oh, you're a girl! What do you like to do because you're a girl? Do you like to play dolls?" "I like play dolls!"

Echolalia is a step immediately before a kid starting to voice their own thoughts on topics, so it's not long before whatever you give them as input starts getting remixed as output. Before you know it, the kid is forming lots of thoughts and sentences around gender and girliness, whatever you've told them that is, and by age 4 centers a lot of their identity around those thoughts. Some kids will eventually rebel against this type of conditioning, but the thing about conditioning is that usually, it works.

I disagree with the people saying that kids have no idea about gender. 4 year olds can definitely have some sort of understanding of gender roles and stereotypes. This is a hugely important age for social and emotional development after all. Most kids will play around with gender roles, but Ella/Noah should have developed a relatively stable gender identity by now and it is extremely worrying that he hasn’t achieved this, especially in light of the trauma and abuse.
She’s celebrating and encouraging a trauma response which will not lead to greater happiness for her son.

This kind of shit makes me really angry. Children do not have a real sense of gender, especially fucking two year olds (roughly when Noah would've started to talk)! This shit is fucking child abuse that causes major psychological harm as seen with the Johnny Money thing.
Kids go through many phases as they grow up and no more clout should be given to a 4 year old boy saying he's a girl then to say I g that he's a lion or he's Batman. The fact that people are confusing kids pretending or playing with toys that are associated with the opposite gender with legitimate dysphoria is deeply concerning and in let's say 12ish years time I wouldn't be surprised if there is an increase in teen suicides that just baffles experts.

This is just a theory but is it possible that the mother had a daughter that previously died? It would explain pre-emptively owning the dresses as well as her dedication to the trans thing. It's a strange thing, really. We're used to genderspecials permanently fucking up their children's lives, often with tragic results. We're used to them trying to set up what amounts to gender cult groups, and of shit like troons demanding that newborn children who happen to be males grow up to be trans.

I agree with you. My comment was aimed at those who believe that little kids don’t have a clue what gender means. That’s not really the case. It doesn’t make any of this better.

So she raised her kids to not believe in gender roles and it's not very surprising that one of them became confused. Although most likely the kid saying he's a girl is 100% the mom's manufacturing. There's no way that Noah is transgendered at 4 or that for years he was saying that he was. That's really unbelievable.

And it gets even better. Here's a YouCaring fundraiser set up earlier in 2017, after the child was apparently removed from the mother's custody.

Oh, thank Christ. Now he can just be a normal little boy who happens to like feminine things and not some psycho's "little trans boi uwu". Kids aren't political statements, and it's wrong to use them that way regardless of where you are on the political spectrum.

I can only hope CPS relocated him to a good family, though (which unfortunately doesn't always happen). He's already been through enough; the least he deserves are some responsible parents who have his best interests in mind.
