I stumbled upon this on imdb, it's a cheapo flasher film from 2005 about, get this, a killer troon.

I couldn't find a trailer that is in English, but there's this and a "music video" of the movie, both are NSFW.

I haven't actually watched it yet, but it seems pretty lulzy already.
