The one that bugs me is the "gender non-binary" thing. All of a sudden I'm seeing all these young women claiming that because they like boy stuff, suddenly that means they're not really female. There's nothing about them to suggest they're anything other than women in casual clothes, yet they still go on about it like they have the same right to oppression points as genuinely trans people.

I remember about ten years ago, people like that were claiming to be bisexual - another label that puts you in a minority but which conveniently means that you don't have to actually change your lifestyle if you're faking it. I guess with homosexuality gaining acceptance in wider society, attention-seekers need a new reason for special treatment.

Oxy is a pain medication, it's not used to treat mental illness. Claim you suffer from an autoimmune disease or have a horrible injury that never healed correctly, and doctor shop. Or buy off the darknet markets. If you want a mental illness that gives you a pass to act like a dick with zero consequences, borderline personality disorder is the current thing. Bipolar is not a good choice, because they actually medicate you for that, and the side effects are not something you'd care for just for oppression points.
