Considering the huge amount of posts about how this subforum might lead to an end, I say we should move on and don't worry about it despite the terrible start so far for this subforum. Honestly, we're here just to point and laugh at Enter's antics. Not to mention Enter will be probably right now in the process of making another Animated Atrocity for us to laugh at.

It means it's the post that got his ass banned, I suppose.
A warning was issued for that post. Sort-of like how 4chan has (USER WAS BANNED FOR THIS POST).
Not always a ban. If I issue a warning for Powerlevel stuff I'll often tag the post with something like "don't do this".
