I'm sure myself and many others have tried to infultrate that server before, and with her MOD's "post your FA" (so we can stalk you and start a witch hunt against you if you do something Adiago doesn't like) rule, it's nearly impossible to do so. The only way to do so now would probably be linking a DA account, but unless someone wants to risk being doxed/snuffed out by her insane nature, it's not worth it.

Many of us figured it was Retro man who now owns the stolen character at this point, and frankly her splurge about "I can't wait to post the new artwork and such" and yet she hasn't means she probably hasn't done it yet OR she knows shit'll hit the ceiling once she does.

Plus the comment about "I hope he buys lots of art featuring him" and blah blah blah is an obvious sign that Retroman is likely the person who took the character as he's about the only person who still cums cash out his wallet for her.

Not only that, the information that she is actively stalking Adjot for any new ideas to rip off him is just fucking messed up. Doesn't she know that since HIS drakes are an open species and ANYONE can easily make a rendition of them WITH HIS PERMISSION AND GIVEN CREDIT and she can't do dip shit about it? She could try, but given the species was his to begin with, she doesn't have anywhere to shove her "copyright" laws. Adjot's drakes are an open species, her "Abyss drakes" are the only thing that isn't. To further my point I remember she had been drawing a lot of art of this dude and posted one thing on Furaffinity before he broke it off because "he didn't love her" and she was madly in love with him. Let me also notice that the Josh things were while her and FFI were getting back together and she didn't even tell him at first, so she was essentially cheating on FFI for the first month or so. Juggling her workdays and even avoiding FFI's visits to spend more time with Josh who she claimed was "the one who could outdo" FFI but she wouldn't risk it, for what turned out to be "good reasons" as he didn't love her and was leaving to join the military. She always told him that FFI was an annoying ex.

It's so baffling to me that Adiago claims to've done everything alone for herself when she can't go ten minutes without having a boytoy to give her attention or having a girlfriend to take her out for drinks (because god forbid she talk to people in a setting where she isn't being paid for attending).

Breakups are hard but if you're jumping from one shitty relationship straight into the next warm bed and expecting things to turn out differently then you're setting yourself up for disappointment. The level of co-dependence she has towards the dudes she shacks up with (despite her "I'm an alpha cuntboy" nonsense) is reaching levels of disturbing.

Her current boyfriend and her ex(es) are interchangeable in her mind. Meg and her (newish) design for FFI's old character had the same colorscheme for fucksake; black and grey and blue (though admittedly it's her default colorscheme for anything). If the relationship had any longevity she and Meg would be able to understand that it's better to hold off until after the current problems are dealt with before going headlong into anything, but since Meg is her emotional support rebound for all the misplaced feelings she didn't bother to filter through after breaking up with FFI and jumping straight into another relationship it's going to start all over again with her using him as a crutch/stand-in and projecting all the stuff she wanted from FFI onto Meg instead.

The way she talks about FFI just showing up and giving money to her and that being a huge part of his appeal makes her sound like a paypig honestly. It's a mean thing to say but she's a mean person herself, where the only respect she has for other people is based entirely in what they can give her rather than appreciating them for who they are.

I do know that generally speaking, an artist retains the rights to digital work, and a commissioner receives a license to use the work. The license can be revoked, if the commissioner has ACTUALLY AGREED TO THE CONTRACT AND IF IT CLEARLY SPELLS OUT THE ACTUAL TERMS (which her ToS doesn’t really do). Additionally, she can’t just retroactively change her ToS as it applies to past customers

The part about repossession is true. A big pillar in contract law is what’s called the Statue of Frauds. It dictates what sorts of contracts have to be in writing. One of them is any sort of contract that cannot or may not be completed within 1 year. I imagine the licensing rules of IP law effect that requirement though. As I mentioned before, I do contracts, not IP lol

The commission was completed ages ago and sent to her as a finalized piece, thus concluding their transaction and ending any legal responsibility Pannekoeke had to alter or refund Adiago long after the fact.

Adiago decided to not only staple on "fuck you" fees to Raven's commissions because she no longer liked her, but she also decided she would

A) Downgrade the quality of the commision
B) Hold Raven's money/artwork hostage until she agreed to pay the commissions.

Another thing to note here is that Adiago is not only admitting to stalking someone named "James", but recruiting her friends to do so on her behalf. This is all on her Trello, which is intended to be an account to keep track of her projects/business transactions, and she's using it like a 13 year old writing a Deviantart journal.

But a few have some sense to challenge her.

Hi Adiago!!

I love how she always explains her ToS in terms like "WE as artists are entitled to this! WE will not give up our rights!" when anyone with half a brain know perfectly well that the only person's rights who she REALLY cares about are her own. She could care less if other artists out there are getting screwed over or being stripped of their rightful material. She's literally just repeating her rhetoric in a narcissistic fashion that's INTENDED to make it look like she cares about others for her own gain, much like glitchedpuppet.
