Short answer; The allegations are almost guaranteed to be fabricated by Trish and possibly some of her remaining buddies in order to poison the well and ruin Meg's reputation.
Long answer; She has done this demonstrably many times before with every single person she has ever had issues with, whether they be commissioners or former friends or ex-lovers. Since her break up with Megalo (which he was the first person to announce publically, I guess it pissed her off that he was open and easy with their breakup) she has slowly escalated from;
1) Accusing Meg of cheating. Which didn't really work because even the boyfriend of the person he supposedly "cheated" with and had a vested interest in finding out the truth told Trish her "evidence" wasn't even comprehensible, let alone damning. Despite Trish supposedly catching Megalo and Silithia "in the act" (which she has alternated to mean "on Twitter" and "in my literal bed" at any given moment) she is endlessly bitter that Meg's response was "if you want to believe I cheated then I guess the only reasonable thing to do is break up", and followed it up with actually leaving her. Megalo and Silithia have continued to interact in a casually friendly way after this, something Adi goes into conniptions over every time it happens.
2) Accusing Meg of being emotionally/financially abusive. This didn't really hold up either, as she'd been alternating between openly flaunting him as a rebound to her ex and the public at large, to emotionally battering Meg in private and on Twitter any time he wasn't putting out five times a night or spending every second of the day with her. Meg made various posts throughout their relationship mentioning that he felt isolated and depressed, and there are several concerning screencaps where he is seen responding to Adi with statements like "I wouldn't compromise what we have" and similar comments that gave users here the impression that she was doing her utmost to keep him away from anyone she didn't approve of. The "financial abuse" was him leaving after she accused him of cheating, and her being expected to cough up rent and utilities because he no longer lived there. She legitimately felt he should continue to pay for a house he no longer lived in.
3) Accusing Meg of being physically violent. This is a minor one, but one worth showing the escalation. After the first two points got little to nothing, she started throwing in that he threw something at a wall or punched a wall when she confronted him about the "cheating". That's really it.
3) Accusing Meg of being a trans fetishist. Probably the claim that I could see having the most provable weight to it, but I suspect this is also Trish's troon hate showing yet again. Megalo has dated trans people (Rottnshep being one) and likes/retweets a lot of art from people who are trans or enbie or whatever. Every time he so much as breathes around someone who is LGBT+ Adi gets her totally cis pre-op mammaries in a knot about it.
4) Accusing Meg of being a rapist. After all the other allegations got a whole lot of nothing but ridicule and lackluster sympathies from well-meaning but uninformed strangers, Trish went quiet for a while before suddenly claiming she got contacted by an "anonymous victim" of Megalo using a throwaway Twitter account, with this throwaway claiming to be a close relative of his. This "relative" (who typed similarly to Trish, never seemed to post within the same few minutes as her, nor overlap posts during their conversations, and knew things that Adi probably also knew herself after dating Meg for about a year) claimed Megalo had assaulted her when she was seven and he was fourteen. Trish immediately posted the screencaps of that conversation on Twitter, all while claiming she was keeping the account user anonymous to "protect the victim's identity" (despite, you know, the fact that if the allegations were true then Meg would absolutely know who it is). Trish then doubled down on the allegations being real, because, according to her, he'd supposedly told her he raped some other random gay guy in a public bathroom back when they first started dating.
This, of course, raised many questions and even more ridicule; if Trish had actually known Megalo was supposedly a rapist since the start of their relationship, then why in the fuck was she bringing it up now, on Twitter, and never went to the cops about it? Why the fuck did the so-called victim decide to come to her, who posts libellous shit about everyone in a 50 mile radius, to tell her story rather than go to the cops themselves? And why the fuck did she continue to date and sleep with a guy who she claimed told her straight-up had assaulted someone else?
5) Accusing Meg of being a dogfucker? Just kidding, she hasn't done this to Meg yet, but knowing Adi's natural progression for this kind of thing I'm expecting it's the next stop on the crazy train. She has already accused Raven (who Meg has now hung out with) and Valerian and who knows who else of being zoomos so it's only a matter of time.
I personally find it very interesting that her progression with Meg strongly mimics her cavalcade of blame against FFI. At first she started out with him just being a cheater who didn't want to commit after he dumped her (technically after she cheated under the pretense that she was poly but he wasn't allowed to be); then when that got no sympathy she moved on to accusing him of being physically/emotionally/financially abusive (first two are a maybe, last one she cited the same reasons for financial abuse as Meg, not wanting to pay rent in a house he didn't live in anymore); then she accused FFI of being a trans fetishist and claiming that he forced her to turn one of her beloved characters into a cuntboy for his own kink stuff; then finally she accused FFI of being a rapist in the posts where she drew non-con porn of her drake and his fucking each other.
Oh, and claiming that he hangs out with a bunch of dogfuckers. So, really, Adi has a formula about this kind of shit.
The thing is that Megalo is far more of a wallflower and much less of a drama queen than FFI is, so the likelihood that Adi just happened to date the same kind of broken fucked up guy twice in a row is.... not impossible, but highly improbable. The accusations against Meg haven't been the slam dunk Trish thought they'd be because of this, and since then she's been scouring Meg's FA and other social media accounts for more "proof" and pitching more fits whenever one of her ex-friends goes to show their support for Meg or each other by accusing them of everything under the sun. This is why she's been trying to get anyone to come out of the woodwork to talk shit about him with a name attached; Adi keeps trying to get the attention of the Nebraska furs, who she is convinced have some dirt on him, but as of yet I haven't seen any of them take her up on the offer. The only other person besides Trish and the mysterious throwaway anon to say anything bad about Megalo that I've found is Rottnshep, who tried to warn Trish against dating Meg, citing that he was "emotionally unavailable" because he didn't want to join Rottn's polycule and Trish told her to fuck off. Now she's desperate to get Rottn/Piexas to come and support her crusade because she's the only person other than herself who has had any real issues with the guy.

Trish has implied that Meg's mom is a lunatic. There's screenshots somewhere of her telling a story (I think to the "anon rape victim") about how she and Meg were on the phone with her once when one of her dogs (a pitbull I assume, how predictable) attacked her other dogs or something. Given these stories of Megs family only popped up after she started accusing him of rape, I'd take them with a grain of salt.
My guess is that after Meg left his mom may've supported him either financially or through providing temporary housing or even just suggested he and Trish might not be good for one another, and Adi is shooting scattergun libel and dox in her general direction because of it. Given her relationship with her own mom, it's possible she's just being pissy that Meg still keeps in touch with his.
Or she really is a psycho and Trish is deliberately trying to set her off so she redirects her anger at Meg or something on her behalf. Who knows.

Anyway after finding out she had an Inkbunny I decided to screencap some things for posterity. No idea if someone else got them earlier in the thread but if they did I couldn't find them.
Her profile is pretty barren, of course. I do find it interesting that IB seems to log both submission and journal views even after said submissions and journals have been deleted. Trish was clearly an active poster on InkBunny at some point to have that many views on her journals, especially a decade ago. Notice the lack of "no cub". Dogfucking, ponies, and Thomas the Tank Engine inflation are not allowed but jailbait is a-ok. On that note...
Inkbunny doesn't, as far as I can tell, log user join dates; or, if they do, she had it set to hidden. Still, the first post she ever made is still up which does a nice job of providing a timeline as to when this account probably went live. The date itself is interesting; it seems to be around the same time that FA rolled out it's cub ban after AlertPay dropped them like a hot potato.
There is only one artist that remained followed on this account for some reason; Yannilan. Yannilan was active about 8-9 years ago, so Trish had to've been on InkBunny for at least a year or two to even follow them in the first place.
Most of Yannilan's cub porn is stored in their scraps now; the stuff on their profile and favs are suggestive but not the explicit content I'm talking about. I will not be screencapping their scraps because, quite frankly, I don't want to save that shit on my harddrive. That shit is uncontestably underage furry porn and it's been there since the account was created; there is no way that if Trish was still on-site long enough to even follow this account that she was unaware of it, unless she had those prior tags blocked.
Looking up Adi's name turns up some results, although many were likely spillover reposts from Weasyl and FA.
She did a lot of commissions for a Dracostar as well. Specifically a comic that had a few interesting details.

This is the other piece DevoidKiss was referring to featuring the same ginger-haired mouse character; it was an illustration for a fic that skatelian wrote of Amy and a different character. Skatelian does not list Amy's specific age anywhere on his profile from what I could tell, though he does follow some obvious cub artists (specifically Cenny), and has a bunch of DevoidKiss commissions and collab works involving underage characters and incest, oftentimes both.
Also the tags for the fanfic that DevoidKiss illustrated for are pretty damning...
So, yeah, the brown mouse "Amy" in the collab that DevoidKiss and Adiago worked on together for skatelian was more hebephile shit. Trish was 24-25 when she worked on that collab so definitely old enough to know better.
