Adiago's Patreon, Twitter, Trello, and public galleries haven't been touched since I last posted about them. If I had to guess, Trish is citing moving as an excuse for the complete drop in activity. Softdilo on the other hand has been very active.

Trying to cozy up to Luis Heurla and, interestingly, Runasolaris. Runa drew a commissioned porn comic of drake Venrix having gay sex with Xefra a while ago and if I'm recalling right was one of the artists along with BlackGargoyley that Trish had beef with because they dared to draw drakes with lips.

I'm pretty sure someone posted here about how Adi hated her brother for being autistic and being prioritized over her due to his disorder by their mother. It's also very likely that one of the two autistic best friends she's mentioning is Chibi5, given how open she is about it and how often Trish defaults to her as a standard whenever she happens to shit out of her open mouth and get in trouble. The whole post reads as "I have a friend with autism", just like how Adi uses Chibi whenever she has backpedal with "I have a black friend!" to excuse her saying something obviously racist.

(It's also really weird how Trish always brings up falling asleep on or beside people as a gauge for how close they are. You'd think after the last few dudes she slept beside for years dumped her for being toxic she'd stop bringing it up as a selling point for how happy the relationship must be; then again, it's a bit of a tell how she frames checking in with people and asking if they're okay as being mindful of individuals with autisim specifically, and not a bare minimum expected for anyone in a mutual and healthy friendship.)

I'm not screencapping them since they're scattered throughout these posts but SoftDilo also posted a bunch of music she loves; Linkin Park (pretty sure Adi and Retroman were planning on going to a concert at one point right around the time of the Meg breakup), Billie Ellish, David Guetta, etc. No Starset (yet) but I guess she's still trying to keep up some illusion that they aren't the same person.

So Chibi now has like six different abyss drakes and one of those quadropedal ones, triple the number of characters belonging to anyone else in the project, and thinks this is somehow a "gotcha" moment rather than more proof of rats fleeing a sinking ship? She's mentioned before that some of them want drakes that better suit them so are selling them off to Chibi in order to work up funds to buy a remake, which might be the logical thing to do, although I sort of wonder what her plans are with them beyond sitting on them until Adi decides she wants to use them as cameos.

Something about this situation feels exploitative to me, but I can't quite put my finger on why. I'm not sure how much Chibi is making or sustaining on, but she has bought two drakes from others within the group (one of whom has a rather substantial body of work attatched to him), one bought from Adi (Azia apparently belonged to Chibi before she bought the counterpart Arzu) and gained a fourth seemingly for free, all within the last six months. At this rate I won't be shocked if she ends up with Digiphage's version of Rika also.

I kind of hope Chibi and Trish don't have a falling out for her sake, because that's a lot of shit to lose if Adi hits back with her rent-a-ref commission rules.

Oh hey, it’s the @ in place of a space mid-sentence that Trish has been documented doing many a time in this thread.

I recall Trish going on about normalizing platonic “I love you”s before she locked down. This also makes me think of how she treats her ex-friends that she used to go on and on about how much she loved them/how much they did for her, just to turn on them once they saw her true nature and dropped her, and decide the whole thing was abusive and manipulative from the get-go to get free art or whatever out of her.

No, they can't get in trouble for redrawing someone else's character. Unless the character is trademarked (which is VERY difficult to do), you can't do shit legally. The artist owns 100% of the rights of the art despite you paying for your character to feature in their works. That artist can resell your commission in prints if they want. It's their creative work, not yours.

I glanced over at the Asterion reference sheet and immediately recalled her sperging about her hairlizards not having lips.

Lips, very simply put, are just a culmination of tissue covering the teeth and mouth. Anything with their teeth obscured has lips. It is often pushed up when force is applied or when facial muscles pull the tissues up, exposing the teeth, especially in actions such as biting. It is designed to ensure that teeth are not constantly exposed to the elements and to protect them.
In nature, lizards absolutely do have lip coverings. Soft tissue often obscures their teeth, which is why you'll sometimes get images like this:

This is a Red Tegu, just as an example. Every other lizard on the planet, besides crocodilians and other reptiles that have their teeth outwardly exposed have lips.
Here is what a Tegu skull looks like, by the way:

It's kinda neat by itself but there's definitely flesh covering those teeth, just like Asterion. Adi, honey, your lizards got lips. Seethe about it.

About five days ago, Adi logged into her EdenDragon alt and replied to some guy who commented to her after a year, because she's always ready to call people stupid for daring to say dinosaurs had feathers.

... And then proceeded to plug her harassment Twitter. I guess the reason why her posts disappeared was because Meg had blocked her and she decided that this was a better alternative than making a new alt.

On the same day that she was active on EdenDragon, Adi posted some art to her patreon, but it's just a finished versions of that commission of the grey and green drakes fucking that she's been working on since March so I don't really count them as new activity.

Her weasyl has suddenly gotten a bit active. On the same day as the above activity yet again, she uploaded a bunch of the art she did of Raine and Aidoneous fucking. The artists comments, as always, are rather entertaining.

And she has now defaulted to referring to Megalo as her "cheating abusive manipulative ex", in the exact same way as she did FFI. He has truly become her new scapegoat, as her narcissism demands he must be. These posts read like she was drunk as fuck when she uploaded them as well.

Now I guess we now have confirmation that Trish was complaining about Raven also enjoys Starset, and is now pulling the "original favorite song, donut steel" trick by claiming she liked them first, like any pretentious asshole would.

Also, judging by her "I liked Diving Bell before it was cool!" bullshit, she's likely trying to deflect from accusations of copying this piece by Igoo that Raven commissioned back in May 2020. I find it really funny that it was posted a year ago to the fucking day.

To be fair to Trish, the timing of these posts is probably totally coincidental. The commission by Igoo was originally posted by Raven to her main (with the lyrics included also) for a while before she moved it over to the Not-Abyss-Drakes group. This still long predates Adi's version which, while clearly many months older than the Weasyl version she just uploaded, could only have been started after July 16th 2020, as that's when she first posted the blurry Twitter doodle of Raine's blue, in-progress character concept.

Anyway, SoftDilo is working on that comic thing.

It being colored really hasn't made the perspective look any less broken.

Those sure are some scale brushes.

I've noticed she has been communicating with someone named Jhin a lot recently, who according to their Twitter bio is nineteen. Inb4 Digiphage replacement.

...did she forget his arms? There’s no way they’d be hidden to that extent by the fish or perspective. But who am I kidding, this is Trish we’re talking about, master of fucking up perspective and anatomy.

I like how she backpedaled from doing it in “standard comic format”, since it’s not how she does things or whatever. I’m willing to bet it was more to try and cover her tracks since her comics are very identifiable with how weird and difficult to follow her layouts are, and less to do with “others imposing their interests on her” from the poll results asking people if they wanted a comic or rendered paintings.

Edit: Look who’s back to being publicly furious at Megalo and Raven being friends, twisting it into Megalo being abusive, Raven being fat, and Raven having abused her actual partner into being deluded and trans. Trish, to quote your own words at you, obsession is an illness.

That blue dinosaur reminded me of some shit I'd seen, it actually took me a few days to figure out what exactly it was, and then I realized it reminds me a lot of this character that Smooshkin designed:

Now normally I'd write it all off as generic blue dinosaur crap, and honestly a big part of me still does, but I figured I would post it anyway.
One of the things that interests me about it is actually the tooth placement.

That small cluster of teeth to the side is not how most artists draw spinosaurid teeth, if you see exposed teeth, you'll usually see them clustered towards the front or all along the jaw. I went ahead and glanced at some other anthro spinosaurids to make sure this wasn't just a new trend, and it isn't.

Normally I just lurk this thread and don't take part in it, but I figured I'd drop these here if only for the sake of noting that it was something regarding an artist someone asked if she'd ripped off further back in the thread.

I'd also like to say I don't think she traced it, the anatomy is way different, but it makes me wonder about the design inspiration itself.
Adiago didn't used to do anything besides her hairlizards, she probably hasn't put much thought into designing shit other than hairlizards, so taking 'inspiration' from a big name artist doesn't seem entirely out of the question to me.

He's also from her home state as well, so even if she didn't care about the porn she'd probably just follow him to get clout with a Florida popufur. Interestingly, she is not following him on her Shop.Draconis or Soft.Dilo accounts, despite being one of her favorite artists to stalk.

Edit: Dilo actually posted an updated version on May 2nd that looks even more like the character done by Smooshkin than the old version.

I just went and laid down some basic perspective based on the background to show how incorrect the main dinosaur is (also the ptero pool noodle arms are totally effed anatomically but tbh exactly what I expected when I saw them in the "storyboard", knowing she wouldn't ever fix them)


Edit: and to drive the point home, there's the dinosaur's perspective (except not really because its a flat profile that doesn't have any perspective because that requires actual thought)
