If I were to take a guess, probably around the time when people like JonTron and PewDiePie were denounced as Alt-Right Nazis. You know, because constantly accusing people of being fascists, Nazis, tyrants, etc. will never make those terms become jokes or anything.
....So are people not aware of the black market?
Also, I think Trump derangement syndrome (or after 8 years of getting their way), they've become so delusional that they cannot make any reasonings based on logic anymore. What would seem like a solution they want to hear, is no longer a solution anymore - it's all tyranny coming from "obviously alt right" people, even those on their own team. So all their old darlings are nazis.
Their derangement and what they expect is like treating a paper cut with a bazooka, setting it on fire, pissing on the ashes and then shooting the ashes into space.
Since D'Souza wrote an entire book chronicling the emergence of fascism in America under FDR's direction, modeling it after Adolf Hitler's concept of fascism and directly praising both Hitler and Mussolini, before the Holocaust had come to be known. They don't like to be associated with FDR anymore because of that direct connection to the Democratic party and how difficult it becomes to keep framing Hitler and the Nazis as an emergence from Far-Right ideologies when they're nailed right up against Adolf's hip.

Oh I've no idea if any of the claims in the book have any veracity. I've yet to finish it, let alone circle back and fact-check any of it, because he's terrible at constructing an argument or relaying information without wandering off into completely unrelated rambling. The entire book is in desperate need of a coherent editor and it reads more like a rushed scribbling of miscellaneous notes than anything approaching formal documentation. All I know for certain is that the Left absolutely loves to scream about Hitler being right-wing and that a large crowd of people follow what D'Souza says, so I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they started scrambling away from FDR because of what his book was trying to document.

Can I just say that I absolutely love that these people are all completely baffled about this case, now? Remember when this was announced, and people like that hideous Joy Behar cheered on live television when an innocent man was taken into custody? They're not laughing so hard, now. In fact, they're starting to get very nervous. They're desperately scrambling to try and figure out why--if the FBI and DOJ and even Comey himself have said they don't believe that Michael Flynn was lying--Flynn took a guilty plea in the first place.
It all ties back into Mueller though, doesn't it? How many times have we had to hear about Mueller since May of 2017? The Democrats and nearly the entirety of the Left have both dug their trenches so deep into Mueller's camp that he is their holy relic at this point. Everything he says, everything he does is a purposeful, incorruptible motion in his quest to "Dump the Trump!" Mueller's been appointed Special Council! Mueller's interviewed Trump Jr! Mueller's coming for Trump, next! Mueller's taken Michael Flynn into custody! Mueller's delayed Michael's Flynn's sentence! Wait, what was that last one?
Do you remember back on 12/7 when the judge presiding over Flynn's case was forcibly recused from his position? The same judge, Contreras, who has since been discovered to be the corrupt FISC Judge who was allowing all of these shady FISA warrants to be obtained, no less. Did you know that not even a week later on 12/13, there were five motions filed on Flynn's behalf, concerning "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree", A.K.A: illegally-obtained or falsified evidence?
Today, a Stipulated Motion was filed for Protective Order “Governing Discovery” by USA as to Michael Flynn's sentence. As part of this motion, Flynn and his lawyers will be submitting all evidence they have in secrecy. In court, under oath, in front of a Federal judge, Michael Flynn and his team are going to be putting forth all of the evidence they've collected to prove that he was framed through a corrupted FISA system, and then all Hell will break loose. This is the biggest reason that we've never seen Trump offer Flynn a pardon, and why Flynn even took the guilty plea in the first place.
But here's the little, tiny, fiddly wording that should make anyone against Flynn and Trump exceptionally nervous: Mueller's team does not oppose this submission of evidence. This evidence will be submitted in secrecy so that no one who is not directly involved in the case will be able to access it, but that one, little word means that Mueller's team and Flynn's team are in agreement concerning the importance of this evidence being evaluated, and for some unbelievable reason the Democrats still can't figure out why Flynn would plead guilty to a charge, and then violently whip back around and start fighting that verdict as hard as he can.
They've done nothing but put Mueller on a pedestal for this entire time, though. Everything he does is perfect, every motion he makes is without flaw, and he's their completely-untouchable Ace up the Sleeve that can do no wrong and nothing he says is ever allowed to be questioned.
