Roy Fokker from Robotech/Macross
Bat/Bart(in some translations) from Fist Of the Northstar
Ussop from One Piece
Bat and Ussop both start off as cowardly comic relief characters, but later grow, and end up doing brave and heroic ascts. Bat starts off as a greedy, cowardly kid, but by the end of Fist of the North star, grows into a brave and noble man, who is willing to risk his life in battle, to protect the weak. He is the character in Fist of the Northstar with the most character development, and is there to represent a normal average person, in a world full of superhuman martial arts badasses. Bat is almost like Kenshiros, Robin, or at early points in the series a Jimmy Olsen, while Kenshiro is a nearly invincible superman.

Rick From Degrassi, he was a misunderstood character, who was a champion of the 2nd Amendment.
Kazuo Kiriyama from Battle Royale, pretty cool guy. eh kills opponents and doesn't afraid of anything.
The Kurgan from The Highlander. A dangerous villain who has some good moments such as carjacking an old guy and disrupting the peace in a Catholic church. *fun fact, the Kurgan's actor is also the VA for Mr. Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants.
Chris R from The Room. His actor gave off a good performance. I think Denny should of given him his money.
