God, how many years is this autistic obsession with relating everything vaguely associated to disease in media before the planndemic like basic hygene, scenes with hand washing, or germaphobes somehow being "vindicated" by the events of the last year+ going to go on? It was already tiring seeing this shit at the peak of it. But now that we're at the point that most everyone is sick of it except the diehard covidians people still keep relating obessively old shit to the disease and it's effects. As if it wasn't a topic hollywood or entertainers in general were obsessed with for years to the point that there are several blockbusters relating to pandemics way worse than what happened occuring. The pop-ups went away if you had an account. Now they show up on every page, including forum posts, no matter what. This is a new development, not sure if it will stay that way.
