I think the most pathetic thing about TVT is the poignant realization that whenever they're talking about a "demographic" or "group", they're mostly talking about themselves. It really is just one gigantic circlejerk of autism.
Even "Friendly Fandoms" is mostly about two to three tropers from different fandoms. TVT doesn't reflect the real world as much as Twitter does.

Family Guy is the site's favorite target. They still haven't grasped that the show makes fun of everything and everybody.
And yet they still go to the wall for South Park. I don't get it.
They also deliberately misinterpret and skew Parker and Stone's messages in their recap pages. Not understanding that they criticize all sides.
Not that it matters, but Parker and Stone admit that they don't satirize the right, because everyone else does that. Conversely, Family Guys stans Bill Clinton and Obama.
Anyone who says "we make fun of everybody" is lying through their teeth, imo.
In other news, Tantamonty took my most recent sock a bit personally. They cutlist an entire page of Final Fantasy job classes. Naturally, the job pages for V and Tactics remain intact. (I have half a mind to bring that up in ATT and have them nuked.)
Quite depressing. For all intents and purposes, it will never be restored. It survives only in pdf form on my hard drive.

True, nearly everything the LGBT crowd does when they like something is to try and claim it as their own and get the heteros to back off from it. That kind of parasitic arrogance is one of the main reason why I can't stand them.
