I'm gonna agree with you and think that is Chris and not some troll because normally there is some stupid bullshit about divorcing Chris or something.
edit: it is protected and seems to be following a very large and growing number of people rather fast so I'm just gonna say this is most likely Chris trying an alt account to follow everyone he is blocked by.

If it is we might get lucky and get another meltdown. I say "might" because there's a chance he'll end up having it on the Magi-chan dupe and we can't see that one...
If Chris is somewhat clever about this, he'll just quietly stalk those people that he's been blocked on the main account before, if only to know what they're doing since...you know -- even if he decides to reveal himself even as Magi-Chan messaging on them, it would only raise suspicion and result in another block, and he'll have to create yet another sock puppet on top of that.

Chris is following Lightning Bliss, even though she's outright said she doesn't want to associate with him because of his reputation. And SEGAsister was initially told to block him by wéens, but disapproves of how Chris is trying to get people to ask her to unblock him, so seems she'll be keeping that block because of his behavior.
