First of all: Why the hell would someone put their wallet on top of a car? Whenever i'm not using it, I Put it in my Pocket, Actually at a Gas Station, I Would just pull the card I Need (Debit, Credit, PayPal Debit, etc.) out, do the Transaction and then put it Back in my Wallet before Pumping the Gas. While I Do understand that some people probably do that, it's just plain Stupid and Irresponsible.

Kindness comes in many forms, and I remain optimistic of the kindness in most, unless they show their true Hatred type of colours. Then, I can't help but feel sorry for them before totally blocking them and their unrequited commentary out for good.

Sounds to me like he's saying "Thanks to my friends for helping me! and I'll assume they're kind unless they dare criticize me in which case I will block them from my life for good."
I'm gonna take a guess this couple of fans are Sarah & Steven who send Chris a switch in return for his friendship.
If you're reading: Chris sees you as his fans not his friend, you brought his attention with toys so he's going to continue viewing you as lesser than him because you've helped inflate in ego. So here he's basically saying don't you dare dispute his delusions or criticize him as a person, otherwise he'll cut off that friendship he thinks you're so desperate for and you'll regret it and he'll feel sorry for you.

Chris leads such a boring life that losing his wallet is worth an entire Twitter thread in his mind, because nothing else interesting is happening to him.
