Chris is old, fat and does not exercise at all, not even as little as playing with a Wiimote or something. Maybe the Merge is actually happening (and by that I mean him merging back into the universe, Alan Watts-like).

He's probably exaggerating but I have no reason to doubt Chris' ability to suffer a heart attack, given his lack of physique.

I always expected Chris to die by somehow accidentally dropping an entire building on top of himself or setting himself on fire by mistake or something. If he dies of a heart-attack, it would be a pretty uninspired ending considering his life... although I must say that it does sound like the more realistic outcome though

Honestly I don't know what to think. This could be something he's doing for attention, as he did with the cats claiming the dog got one. However considering it's still up, Chris may have either have had a heart attack, heartburn, or something happened to Barb and he is (for once) feeling ACTUAL stress.
