I wasn't sure if Nightstar was Chris, but now that Chris is denying it, Nightstar is DEFINITELY Chris.

There's the semicolon. Ponichu is definately Chris. Nobody uses all caps and a semicolon besides Chris.
Ponichu just changed their name to Heart of Equestria.

I don't know how Twitter works, but can't someone just find out what email/phone is associated with @EquestriaHeart like they did Nightstar? I'm assuming Chris saw that, but not that he learned from his mistakes.

Never the full phone # or email. Only partials. You only get the last two digits of the phone if the person setup the account with a recovery phone number. Ponichu does not have one. But the email address suspiciously points to an @aol.com one that begins with 'ch', making it more than likely that it's a Chris alt.
Except anyone who's read even a dozen tweets by Chris and is pretending to be him. It's not like it's really that hard to capitalize some random words and throw in an incorrect semicolon.
