Twitter RPs are usually set up to cater to fetishes or romance, usually with setups such as "I was all alone at school when my crush walked up to me" or "I was at the beach sitting when they walked up to me, asking if I wanted to play with them" and other such things.

This thread is shit but the idea is really really good.

Even just casual scrolling through twitter while searching up plenty of other threads on the farms shows off a huge network of roleplay autists that covers just about every online community you can think of, from anime, to video games, to furries, to TV shows, to comics, absolutely everything. It also comes with a lot of interesting crossovers, as Twitter role players are notorious for “art theft”, wherein they look up some furry OC or anime OC, It gets their dick hard, and then they pretend to be that character and mass-repost any art of it they can find, and when caught there’s a deluge of sperging from the artists and their orbiters. On top of that, you end up with hilarious love triangle bullshit where one role player type fucks multiple and then another role player thought they were “their lover” and starts going berserk. It gets even better when Twitter role players try to post political shit. I’ve seen plenty of them scream about how SJWs ruin everything while they have some generic anime chick in a diaper and a bunch of scat themed role play posts on their public timeline or some other degeneracy.

There’s a gold mine of a thread here, OP, but you need to find some much more interesting examples. Start the thread with a screenshot of the most hilarious and fucked up role play post you can find and then go from there with similar examples.

Sonic Roleplay is a special kind of autism, since it seems to attract a significant number of people with issues, and draws them in to a franchise that has massive appeal amongst autistics. Like a neverending cycle, they keep trying to form 'groups' and then tear themselves apart over internal conflicts.

Old roleplay forums from the 2000s and mid-2010s aren't as atrocious as Twitter, though I would chalk it up to the fact they enforce some degree of standards on them.
