Tyler Willis is a former goth, turned elegant gothic lolita, always atheist SJW from Texas. Who runs a youtube channel called LastWeekLolitaNews
She started her youtube channel in 2013 and covered Goth-centric topics. How to act in clubs, how to pick up other goths.
In 2016 she decided to drop the Goth theme and decided to turn her channel into a Lolita News website, discussing bitchy lolita drama, and doing SJW-style callouts for various blasphemous acts. Such as disagreeing with a black person in a comment section and the like. The sort of mean girls thing lolcow.farms and PULL do on the regular.
Everything was going fine until she decided to do a callout on an alleged creeper called John Leigh, who ran Anime Matsu, an anime convention, in Texas.
Pedophile Promoters Punching Down
Ask Japanese has censored two of my videos now. One more strike and they take down my channel. This is my final word on the matter. They can sit on a tack.
John didn't deny most of the accusations, since not only did they have first hand accounts, but they had screenshots of PM's. John apologised, and said “If you are offended by sexual innuendos, dirty talks or comments about boobs and orgasms, you should not be my friend.”
Soon after, in response to the creeping, sexual harassment, and grooming minors accusation video. John Leigh sent a cease and desist letter, and after that didn't work, copyright striked the videos from youtube.
In response to that, Tyler Willis went to AnimeFeminist, and later other Anime News websites to tell her story.
Anime Matsuri Moves to Silence Vlogger with Cease & Desist - ANIME FEMINIST
John Leigh, a showrunner for Anime Matsuri—the second largest anime convention in North America—is digging up his own accusations by attempting to silence a vlogger who talked about them. It’s a bad look at any time, but especially during the #MeToo era. It’s also an unusual choice considering...

The new Twitter account appeared to often reference Lolita, and used Tumblr style memes on the account. With the writing style similar to that of Tyler Willis' youtube videos.
Soon afterward Tyler Willis' Instagram and Twitter accounts became untouched.
Her Youtube channel however, still regularly updated. Which can lead you to the probable conclusion that Tyler Willis, and BoycottMatsuri, was one and the same.
In response to this, John Leigh decided to take legal matters further, and a few weeks later, threaten a lawsuit on Tyler Willis.

Unfortunately for him, it was too little, too late. The articles had been spread, people were talking about the takedowns, BoycottMatsuri was spreading info on Twitter.
People and other celebrities sympathetic to #metoo and #timesup had started to ditch the convention, and to avoid futher boycotts and bad press, John withdrew the lawsuit.

Since then it's been Tyler and John in and endless online war that most will never see or know of, to decide the fate of Anime Matsuri.
Tyler has seemingly made BoycottMatsuri her lifes work, and is always ready to recieve new tip offs and news on social media.
She also is constantly monitoring Twitter for mention of Anime Matsuri, and keeps an eye on Anime Matsuris Facebook page.
Recently she has taken advantage of the Weebwars over Vic Mignogna to push her plans.
They also now sell buttons!
