Ubiquiphile says that he's been chosen to do something bigger than what normal people do. "Normies" are destined to live simple lives while incels have been chosen to live more sophisticated ones. Incels are meant to be rulers and oppressors, instead of being oppressed.

If he's broadcasting his love for elliot this much, he'll probably be autistic enough to share his detailed plans ages before he actually does it. In general, killer idolizers never seem very successful, so I wouldn't stress it.
