Would you believe me that the steam store page has this same bit of gameplay, almost the same, three times on the previews?
This is a real game that you can buy with real money. It's a cash in on the Ugandan Knuckles meme and it's probably one of the worst takes on stolen assets, copyright ignorance, and of course, capitalizing and cashing in on memes
The gameplay trailer has no trailer of actual gameplay (against Steam's creator ToS) and is also using someone else's video, with a song from SiIvaGunner which has a song that's a mashup of a copyrighted song (Go my way from IdolM@ster) We are hitting levels of infringement that knows no bounds.
If you want this pile of trash here's a link to the first game.

I'm not kidding when I say first game.
Pictured: A game that will be severely dated at least by next month.
Someone at Valve got the papers together to look at this, approve it, and say "This is fit for Steam." Steam Direct was a huge fucking mistake.
A link to this one that is coming out in February, if you want to torture yourself.

And a response from the person's VIDEO that is outright used as the game's trailer.

I know the way. The way to the door. See this meme out, immediately.
