Basically before I got fed up and fucked off from that place I noticed several people on social media virtue signaling about all that stuff, you know just showing support and agreeing with them and such. Next thing you know lot of people start getting pushed out of their positions and the virtue signalers start being placed in their roles. You could be a minority and if you weren't doing it they'd treat you like shit as well.
Basically I worked for something that was way too woke for it's own good and I've talked with other kiwi's about some of the shit that's gone down there. (mostly movie night people, few others if your curious)
I got accused of being subconsciously sexist and dragged into what amounted to a struggle session for example because I apparently talked over a female supervisor a couple times and she noticed it (and claimed I only did it with her, which is bullshit) when everybody in the fucking place talked over one another. It was just cudgel they used to beat you with pretty much. Problem is this chick has always had a chip on her shoulder and I heard her mention it on several occasions, so I knew she was just trying to get rid of me and using her hangups to attack me.
I'd rather not go into too much more detail needless to say it was a job in what became a stupidly woke industry.
