User Names with slashes? -

I have seen several users with slashes on their user names. Examples include The Hunter, Captain Pronin, and Radioactive Asshole. What does it mean?

How? I've seen several inactive accounts that doesn't have a slash. Do they have to make extremely private contact to the higher-ups to get one?

It means they're banned. Names with a slash through them are banned users.

I have yet to see users with more than one slashes.
