Asshole doesn't have the proper form, doesn't know how to squat and doesn't eat meat. It's no surprise he's tearing muscles and getting injuries.

And now that he's 30 his age is starting to catch up to him. He could get away with bad form and eating twigs and grass as a young 20-something but not now.
