can I still eat eggs as a vegetarian?
Yes, and it'd actually make sense since pretty much all eggs you buy commercially should not be fertilized. It also can include milks and cheeses. Hell, some even delude themselves into allowing themselves to eat fish too.

Don't forget honey! Because in vegan philosophy, this is actually particularly bad. It doesn't even involve killing or eating animals themselves, and here, we are talking insects.

Remember, the main philosophical principle is the evil of the instrumentalization of other living beings for your own purposes. Honey, therefore, is actually such a vile form of slavery that you are an utter monster if you do not understand the dire moral harm of it.

That's hilarious to me still, since beekeepers only take the excess, since bees often make a shitload of honey too. It's like refusing to milk a cow of its milk; it actually hurts the animal.

I still have some level of respect for people who actually have the moral purity to be consistent on that level. It is not going to stop me from having honey on my cornbread though.
